Business Before Pleasure
Of course, the Duchess and Prince were not visiting for some random holiday. There was a purpose to their visit, as they were there first and foremost out of royal duty. While visiting the Emerald Isle, the royal couple met with the European nation's leaders, President Michael D. Higgins and then-prime minister Leo Varadkar. They also made an appearance at Dublin's Garden of Remembrance and even laid a wreath in homage.
